I'm Shaina Jones Magrone attorney, coach, and someone who has been exactly where you are.

I built a successful career as a law firm partner and business owner. From the outside, everything worked. I was accomplished, capable, and competent. I showed up and delivered.

But eventually it became impossible to ignore: something was off.

My life looked successful. But I was no longer fully connected to it.

At first I treated it the way I treated everything — as a problem to solve. More discipline. More rest. More pushing through.

None of it touched what was actually going on.

I wasn't burned out from working too hard. I was burned out because I had outgrown the life I was still trying to maintain. And I kept trying to make it work anyway.

That realization changed everything.

Now I help high-achieving women do what I had to learn to do: identify the root of what's actually wrong — not the symptoms — and build a clear path forward without blowing up everything they've built.
